In addition they play favorites with their stupid ADP failing program (which waste more money generating looser than anything else any company could do, 99 out of 100 are really bad). If your skills are what you say they are they may try to get you back but then again there are so many morons on the top that is unlikely they will noticed. So you know the best way to get noticed is to get a job outside the company and quiting. But with the way the company is now it maybe better to stay put.
